About our business
Pistacia Bakery is an online business enterprise. We produce and sell baked cookies and other specialty sweet and savoury treats across the GTA and in Canada. We do not have a store location.
We make and bake our products at Manning Canning Kitchen, a commercial and professional facility in Toronto.
The products are featured online on our website at pistaciabakery.ca and pistaciabakery.com, and on social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook. Customers view and buy our products through the website and can select the delivery option that is most convenient for them. We offer shipping, direct delivery and pickup services depending on the address and location.
At Pistacia Bakery, we produce our baked goods using premium, quality and fresh ingredients. We use various nuts, excluding peanuts, in almost all of our products. Each product is posted with a short description of the main ingredients. However, for individuals with food allergies, including but not limited to, nuts, peanuts, gluten and/or other food allergens, please note that we do not and cannot guarantee non-cross contamination only because we use a third-party kitchen, not our own. If you have a serious food allergy, we recommend you buy your products from certified bakeries and food producers.
Pistacia Bakery offers standard and specialty products that are available throughout the year and posted under Our Products. In addition, we have seasonal items and packaging that are only available at specific times, occasions, and Holidays (i.e., Christmas, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving).
Custom boxes may be requested at any time. We can prepare birthdays and observed holidays custom boxes with your choice of cookies (email us at admin@pistaciabakery.ca). Anticipate 48-72 hours for custom orders and 24-48 hours for regular packaging and boxes, but expect longer times during holidays, peak seasons or events affecting postal and courier transport.
We hope and plan to add new items now and then to the menu. To stay updated with all new products and promotions, join our email list and follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook. When you sign up for our Email Distribution List, you give us permission to communicate with you by email with the option to unsubscribe at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Refunds Policy
For health reasons, we do not accept returns on the baked goods we sell. We are happy to review and consider refund requests, if warranted by a problem with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after you've received your order and describe the matter with detail, and provide photos. Email admin@pistaciabakery.ca. Pistacia Bakery will review all requests and make a determination on a case by case basis
